Doesn't seem like anyone wants Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box so I'll give it to my brother.
Since Steam finally moved my Valve games over to another account, I've now got a FREE copy of Half Life 2 if anyone wants it (doubtful if anyone here doesn't own it, but worth a punt!)

bridgeportcat: My email is bridgeportcat@gmail.com and it would make my thanksgiving and christmas if anyone wanted to trade.

captfitz: ...i think i'm going to cry. quick, what game would he want/not have? I will send it asap!

Thank you so much! I'd love to send him Descent 1 and 2, since that was my favorite game for a long time growing up.
Quick question. If your profile is under the age of a game you want (In this case Postal 2.), and since I can't legally buy it which is weird as hell since I have Far Cry and the such, can I be gifted it and download it from my profile? Will it count as a 'I'm that cool uncle that buys you shit that is too old for you but it's okay with me' kind of thing?

1. Try to buy it for yourself and see what happens
2. If it doesn't work, change the birth date in your profile and try again
3. ???
4. Profit!

??? - Profit!
What I was trying to say is that GOG may not be enforcing the ratings. Game ratings are purely advisory in many (most?) countries, and are voluntarily enforced by some retailers only because they don't want to make enemies of angry parents. If GOG isn't actually enforcing the ratings, (I don't know, I haven't checked) there's nothing to prevent you from getting the game without external help.

It says I have to be 18+ to buy it.

As I said earlier, you could change the birth date in your profile and try again (as long as it's not against GOG's terms of use)

bridgeportcat: I'd love to send him Descent 1 and 2, since that was my favorite game for a long time growing up.

That is one of my top three favorite GOG games and I own a lot of them. It should be in your inbox, just forward the code along to him and he can play as soon as he gets a gog account. Let me know if the code doesn't make it.
I have: Jagged Alliance 2 Wildfire (gog), World of goo (2dboy)
I wish: Broken sword 2 (gog)
Let's trade!
I have few 10 pound / 15€ / 50 PLN discount vouchers to EA Store (and if Games costs 10Ł or less vouchers drops it's price to 0 - like all EA Classic or Pinnalce Station for Mass Effect). I can give two codes for 6$ gog game, three for 10$ game or similiar worth on Steam/D2D or more vouchers for more worth games. If someone interested @ cpt_sisko(at)op.pl xfire igor5618 I can send code as first so you can check them at EA Store first...

Hey :D
I've been at GoG for a while, but I have not posted a lot ( I lurk though! )
This sounds really cool though and I'd like to give it a shot.
My Library on GoG:
Gorky 17
Tex Murphy: Under A Killing Moon
Runaway
Broken Sword: The Smoking Mirror
Settlers II & 5
Stonekeep
Might & Magic Pack
Incoming + Incoming Forces
Realms of Arkania 1 - 3
Also have:
Wizardry 8
Albion
All Fallout Titles
Deus Ex Series
Sacrifice
Arx Fatalis
UFO Series
SHOGO
Giants
.. and a lot more.
I've been going on a spree of trying out older games and I've been having a blast.
My favorite genres are .. well, most genres. I like shooters, strategy and tactical games, as well as adventure games.
My main demand from games is that they are smart. I don't like dumbed down games.
I adore the zooming in Supreme Commander, I love the depth in the X-Com games, I love the character generation in Wizardry 8.. I don't mind having to work hard to get somewhere in a game, as long as its rewarding in the end.
I don't like racing games too much. The only game I own is Burnout Paradise since it is more about crashing than racing. Flight sims are also a no-no. Space sims on the other hand are awesome ( I love X3 and X3:TC for example, as they also follow the rule that you need to work in order to get somewhere ).
If anyone is willing to trade and got a idea of a game I could like, post away =D
( Note: If the rules changed in the past 10 or so pages, then apologies are due, as I have not read the last 10 pages. )

Free as in you don't want a trade for it, or free as in giving it away for free? (I still don't own HL2)
I have an activation code for Sins of a Solar Empire (base game) with this you can activate the game via Impulse. I will give it for one GOG.com game (Sanitarium) or Borderlands DLC from Steam.
Also I have Age of Conan activation code too. With this you can activate the game and can play 1 month without paying. I can give it with one GOG.com game (Duke Nukem 3D or Postal 2).
