Zolgar just got paid, he's willing to play the roulette again, even if he doesn't have the time, or hard drive space, for the games he has already!
Current list:
Warlords Battlcry III
Jagged Alliance 2
Perimeter
Hostile Waters: Anteus Rising
Earth 2150
Fallout
Fallout 2
Fallout Tactics
Pro Pinball: Big Race USA
Earth Worm Jim 1&2
Soldiers: Heroes of WWII
Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition
The Guild Gold
Sacred Gold
Zolgar requests no racing games or first person shooters. (DN3D was purchased out of nostalgia, because in his day, Zolgar did play FPSs quite a bit, and DN3D was his crack of choice. However, he finds that .. it's not as much fun as it used to be.)
Aside from that, Zolgar is game for just about anything, and prefers to be surprised.

Thankies.

Seeing you've decided to turn down GOG's promo for the week, how about I gift you The Guild?
Or, if you want to buy that for yourself at a later time, I still have two ideas for you.
-Jack Orlando: It is a point-and-click adventure game, and, in my opinion, it has a VERY good, film noir atmosphere. Although you can read some really negative reviews of this game on this site, I certainly did enjoy it, even though I don't like adventure games, and despite the fact that I had to use a walkthrough several times to get through (yes.... I'm not that good at adventure games... ;-) and this one has some especially "killer" parts).
Its worst part is the voice acting; I must admit it is pretty horrible. However, the music makes up for it. Composed by Harold Faltermeyer, it really gets the player in the mood and adds a good background, invoking the feeling of the Thirties.
-Sacred Gold: This is, in my opinion, one of the best action RPGs ever made. It's not a simple Diablo clone, it has a fair amount of uniqueness.
With a level cap of 216, an open, freely walkable land, tons of side quests, five difficulty levels, 8 characters to choose from and an awesome amount of items to collect, it guarantees addictive fun for a loooooong time. (I myself can attest this; several weeks ago, I returned to this game, picked up the character I played the most with in the past, and even now I can't get myself to stop playing it, searching for the last set pieces for my hero and trying to max out his levels.)
What say you?
(If you have problems with "monehs", I can still get you a game and you can return the favor later, when you have more to spend ;-))
Surprise me :). I can pay my VISA bill tomorrow so should be able to gift you one then :D.
I think I have a fairly good idea of what to get you. Sacred Gold, The Guild & Jack Orlando are all good choices though and they are on my wishlist.

In terms of what you want would you rather I tell you before hand or just surprise you?
I'm glad you like it; it seems I guessed right what you'd be glad with ;-). Besides, of all my games, this is what I'm currently the most additcted to.
I trust you did a good job at judging what fits my style, so surprise me.
