Home from work so I can post this...was always partial to this one as a 12 year old and looked forward to halftime :). My earliest memory of being aware of video game babes.

Since I played the first Dune by Cryo Interactive (not to be confused with Dune 2000), I always name my female characters Chani.

Why is the most beautiful video game character ever? Well, she has the face and the gaze my ideal woman would have. ;)

Who else but the man of a few words, Mr.Freeman?
Most of the characters in shooters are big, muscular with a VERY big mouth (Gears) but this guy... He's just a nerd armed with glasses and a crowbar but still manages to kick the s*it out of everyone else. It's like me tying to save the world except I'd get my ass kicked by the first combine.

It also seems he can telepathically communicate with the rest of the people since I've never heard a word from him :P

E: Not sure if he's the "most beautiful" but certainly the most interesting! :-)
