serpantino: Wow nobody's said it O_O

Left 4 Dead... 4 player co-op vs zombies. In the absence of human players the AI does a reasonable job (sometimes) of the AI players. A lot of these have been very weird answers and not even close to what you seem to be looking for (with the exception of UT2004 which has great bots)
I had thought of saying Left 4 Dead, but then it's going to be better with humans than bots anyway. Plus, you basically have to cripple your own team to play on the other side.

The L4D bots are able enough in single-player on easy or normal difficulty. At the higher difficulty levels they do struggle a little as they don't use molotovs or pipe bombs. The game doesn't natively allow you to play single-player as the special infected side as it is a multiplayer game-type only (but there are ways to use console commands and mods to allow you to play single-player as the special infected).

Also, I have a copy of L4D for trade on my Steam account (I won it in the Xmas event but I already own it).

That's odd, I thought the first game let you revive as special infected in certain modes. I wouldn't be surprised to hear of the same thing for the sequel though.
(Also) What do you want for it? I'm open to suggestions. I don't use steam but I purchase for my brother's account.

No, if your character loses all health they become incapacitated, so you remain lying on the floor with only your pistol(s). Whilst incapped you get a new health bar that constantly diminishes and slowly as it fades your vision goes black. If it runs out fully then you are dead. Whilst you are incapped a team member must then help you back up if you are to re-join them. If you get incapacitated three times without using a medkit then you die on the third incapacitation. Additionally, and unrealistically, if you are dead you go into spectator mode but there are locked cupboards and rooms where your character can respawn with full health but again a team member must open it for you to join in again.

The survivors are carriers of the infection, they don't suffer the effects so don't become zombies.

Well, the only digital distribution services I use are Steam and GOG, so I'll trade for either something on Steam or something on GOG, whichever is easier.

EDIT: Oh, and I also have a 33% off Valve coupon from the Xmas Event, should you wish to use it to get L4D2. And a 25% off Deep Silver which can get a discount on Dead Island, again all on Steam).
