As if pc gamers care about the gears of joke shooter. Maybe some will get it just to see how bad it really is. But Epic was once good on pc from where they come from until they got paid by the microsoft mafia.

I bought the first one on PC and it was 100 times better than the 360 version. Yeah, it might not be outstanding but it actually was more fun to play than, say, Doom III or whatever number was out around then.

I would have appreciated the courtesy of making the sequels available on PC, but instead they said we were all pirating assholes and that the PC "doesn't make sense". Then they let their DRM break the one that they DID release on PC.

Yeah, screw Epic, too bad everyone uses their engine...

I'm not sure if a more completed or completed version of the game was leaked but it sounds like someone in Epic or Microsoft needs to get fired immediately. The leak was a severe act of incompetence.

Also, I'm a big fan of the Gears of War franchise and I'm definitely looking forward to the legitimate release of Gears of War 3. Haters can hate all they damn well want but that's not going to stop me from buying it as soon as I can.

I don't think anyone actually hates GoW, it's not my cup of tea but I can see why people like it. I for one am enjoying this simply because Cliffy has been the most vocal in his anti-PC rants offending PC fans for shits and giggles for years now so it's funny to see this happen on his most beloved console.

Epic are paid good money by Microsoft to shut up about piracy on the 360 so no even if it was pirated en-masse Cliffy would still take the stage and tell everyone who will listen that all PC owners are pirating scum that are destroying the games industry.

It's already gone past the point where he can spin it. The facts are console game sales are now in decline while PC downloads are increasing year on year. PC retail is continuing to decline and thats the figure idiots like him use but all the industry analysts are saying that downloads are not only taking up the retail slack but increasing the overall market share. This is before you factor in webgames and MMO's, EA have seen the value in the PC market and it was they that insisted on a PC version of Bulletstorm, Cliify B was against it.
