AlKim: Somehow I managed to forget that I would like someone to finish SiN.
I believe Mumbo Jumbo bought out the dev... and they only publish casual games so just forget about seeing a real sequel. Ever.

I wish the expansion for the first game was on Steam. :(
creative license is given with a big emphasis on Lore and canon.

I would love a Hybrid FPS RPG based off the DUNE stories that has 20gigs of content in the style of Skyrim (skill usage and class building) but follows the factions and there home worlds

Or i'll take a first person FPS in the style of Fallout:NV based on blade runner

Or a first person RPG in the skill style of Skyrim but 100% final fantasy... and fill the entire blue ray disk with content...

Or a Rage look/style for a re-imagining of Judge Dread ^_^

- a follow-up to Wasteland, done by inXile with the Skyrim engine
- a new Superhero League of Hoboken with more open world RPG and less adventure part
- a steampunk RPG picking up where Arcanum ended
- Populous 4 based on the From Dust technology
- Dungeon Keeper 3
- a exploration game like Seven Cities of Gold with Civ5 like gameworld/-style
- new Discworld adventure, done by the guys behind Book of Unwritten Tales
- D.W. Bradley bringing out a playable game
- Richard Garriott bringing out anything playable, at all

So, Skyrim with Final Fantasy content/characters?
I'm sure mods for that will pop up. They have for Oblivion.

Ooh, here's one. An officially licensed D&D 4th (or wait for 5th?) Edition RPG with the scope of Baldur's Gate, combat and graphics of Temple of Elemental Evil (so, turn-based), and based on the Spelljammer universe (too bad that one is discontinued).

And it will have a frame story where game itself is actually a tabletop campaign between a bunch of RPG grognard stereotypes, with their banter showing up like the narrator in Bastion.

rod54ney: I would love to see the game Colonization made available. I loved that game. Could play it for hours on end.
Check out FreeCol. It's a fanmade remake of the original. Last I checked, it's still a little buggy, but some time has passed since then. It's worth checking out, if you're a fan.

I play it on my Linux box, its rather fun and a great way to kill time.. no showstopper bugs yet, seems solid :)

You should check out Prey 2 if you want a game like that. :)

Oh my, that looks amazing! ~ gimme a second to wipe up my drool ~
I would like to see post-apocalyptic game, interface and movement of your character would be similar to Fallout New Vegas but you could choose what to do. You could be mighty warrior who would conquer towns and try to conquer whole world...or what is left of it.

Or you could be business man, you would start with small shop and your shop would grow until you would be famous wasteland-wide. Simply you could do anything you want to do.

So FONV+ The Fable series + Morrowind= The Best RBG of the decade!

I love the idea but is there a developer you would trust to do it right?

Hard to say...on one hand big companies would most likely screw it up, but small companies maybe wouldn't fully realize the idea/dream...Well I guess I could trust Bethesda with it since FONV + Morrowind were already made by them, or some amazing indie team that would support the game with updates and the game would keep growing.

Judging by his previous work, Derek Smart would be an ambitious and devoted candidate. Whether he has the skills is another matter.
I'd like to see real/good/great sequels to these games:

Deus Ex
Mafia
Max Payne
Thief
Unreal
Shadow Warrior
The Operative
Carmageddon
Hidden & Dangerous
MDK

Unfortunately times change all the time and I will never see these games in a form that I'd like to see them - true, worthy sequels.
I want to see a Might and Magic 10. Same interface, same game play style as 6 and 7. Might and magic 9 showed that they COULD pull off a style like those older games in a more modern game. Sadly all the problems with the game overcame the few positives it had!

Also an Ultima 10 would be pretty awesome as well. I seem to be the only person in the world who enjoys Ultima 9 for what it is it seems... haha
