All the Star Trek games with LCARS based menus.

And flight sims like Freespace, Wing Commander and X-Wing where the options are all represented by rooms or objects on your carrier.
I liked the one in TW2, tbh; I know people complained about it, makes me think TW3 on PC will just be KB+M.

Assuming you're referencing The Witcher 2, I personally have mixed feelings. Some moments I like it and others I really miss the old menus.

On the original topic, one of the few things that Call of Duty: Finest Hour got right was when you scrolled through you menu options it made a really satisfying generic gun noise.

awalterj: Die by the Sword, always liked those clashing swords in the menu and the clanky sound it makes.
Liked the "Warcraft III" menu for the same reason, the chain and gears sounds.

This one, the steampunk machine picking and exchanging cards in the slots.

I loved the movie before it got to the menu and the menu itself.

Oh yeah I forgot about that one :P What I also really liked about it was the different menus for each of the single player campaigns, e.g. the huma footsman in the castle, the undead lich in the night etc...

Yes, the fire burning and crackling and the ashes floating in the air, those kind of themed menus like with the ones in the chapters of Warhammer 40.000.
I like the opening menus in Biosock Infinite, moving around the Parisian cafe scene. That's pretty cool!

I always loved the original Bioshocks menu. The fact it played a note that eventually led to a tune every time you click on something was pretty nice.
I remember that Forsaken was fairly revolutionary in its use of full 3D for menus. Hard Reset was no doubt inspired by it.

GRID also comes to mind, as does DiRT Showdown.
