Hi GOGers

I'm looking for games that run NATIVE at 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution.
Does anyone have experience with UHD and 4K?
Which GOG games support it?

Edit: I'm keeping a GOGmix on this subject www.gog.com/mix/games_that_run_at_4k_3840_x_2160

I predict that all the DOSBox games will support that! Can't find many docs to check that, but you can test with Tyrian for free.

ah
I'm fairly sure Divinity: OS supports it
4K is very much so in its infancy. As it stands, I somewhat doubt there are games on GOG that currently support such an absurdly high resolution.
You may find some infos on http://www.wsgf.org/

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 - Complete

Diablo 2 - LoD is supposed to work in any resolution

Has anybody tried 3840×2160 with Fallout 1+2 HD

or the Infinity Engine mod? (Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate 1+2, Icewind Dale 1+2)

WSGF has a database with behaviour for 4K and other widescreen modes. There are also forums discussing individual game fixes in more detail.

Thanks. WSGF is definitely the best place to find such info although is not 100% complete: at first glance, they don't list Crysis 3 and Witcher 2. weird...

The WSGF search occasionally has problems; Crysis 3 and The Witcher 2 do indeed have entries. The Crysis 3 entry lists 4K as having stretching problems but the 4K screenshot there looks OK to me.

The WSGF search doesn't handle differences in things like numbering (e.g. 2 vs. II) so simpler queries will work better.
I'm guessing if a games supports custom resolutions, it should work. I tweaked the .ini file for Unreal 2k4 once to play on a widescreen monitor that was rotated 90 degrees. It worked perfectly.

I think you can also set custom resolutions in Descent if you use the Dxx-Rebirth source port with it.

Without a monitor with that high a resolution to test though, I can't be certain.

Heh, those are the same monitors I'm using, only, you know, 1/6 of them.
I recently built a pretty powerful PC with the GTX 970 as the GPU, and on Black Friday I ordered a Samsung 4K monitor for only $460(UD590 is the model, if I remember right). While waiting up on it I've been benchmarking games using DSR - essentially rendering the game in 4K but outputting a 1080p signal, kind of like a really cool new antialiasing tech.

Best 4K game I've played so far is Aquanox 2. I turned every single setting to max, and I consistently get 60FPS, sometimes switching to 30FPS momentarily due to V-sync but otherwise smooth as can be. When I get that monitor I'll do way more benchmarking and testing, but it looks like Aquanox 2 is gonna be one of my go-to games for showing off that monitor to friends.

For the record, Audiosurf is awesome in 4K/DSR, but sadly I don't think it's on GOG.
