Good thread. For a second there I forgot that the U.S. was the ONLY screwed up country on the planet. :P
Its definitely guns as they do the killing. Dont listen to the rednecks when it comes to games. Most gamers that play games that are violent are cool and very laid back people. Im sure if you asked everyone in this community who plays them, most would agree with me.
I dunno, video games told me not to shave this morning.

That might be dangerous.
That's good. If video games are more dangerous than weapons, let's equip all military world wide only with video games from now on!

how ironic. I just shaved off a five year never trimmed beard this morning. No shit.

I know lots of "rednecks" who are gamers.

Those results are from a "Survey of 508 Republican primary voters". Hardly representative of much more than the people they actually surveyed.

Well, it is the country with the most videogames, isn't it ?

HAHAHA :D
I'm that last one that is going to refute the level of stupidity in this country, shit I'm surrounded by it! My only beef is that the post made it sound like (perhaps unintentionally) that America is the only country with stupid people in it. I for one find that hard to believe.
I don't know games seem dangerous to me because the tv told me so and if its on tv it must be true.

Ugh, give me a break *head desk*

Mynd you, gäme bites kan be pretty nasti.
Hilarious, because even the sad events that they try to BS as a fault of video games tend to be where people ended up getting .... you guessed it .... Guns, and then started killing people.

This exactly... hardly worth any discussion.

And I bet most of the participants were gun owners and NRA members who had a personal stake in the poll. ;)

ARE YOU SHITTING ME!? For real!? Why are we even remotly considering a survey taken of all Republican primary voters!? That's like polling a bunch of pedophiles and using the results to show that the U.S. favors repeal of all child endagerment laws.
