Firek: Hm, when did this get borked? Was it recently, or a while ago?
avatar
Grargar: At least since yesterday, but I have a sneaking suspicion it might have occured earlier.
I've put this in our task tracker, but it's not likely that our devs will be able to look into this today, and you know what day it is tomorrow...
We'll do our best to resolve this ASAP, of course, but I can't promise any dates.
The missing one is Dark Fall 2

DoctorGOGgles: Dark Fall 2 is still missing from my library. Everything else is back.
I'm still missing that one as well. All the others are back for me except Dark Fall 2.
I almost harassed support over this, good thing I had the idea to check forum before clicking 'send' button. The game indeed poped back while I was writing the support request.

Thanks, as I was wondering what one game is missing from my library (had 744 games yesterday, now 743). DF2 seems to be the one which is missing. I didn't buy anything from this promo, I had all these games already before.

I thought it was a good idea to keep track of how many games I have on my GOG account, but apparently that is not enough because when I see the number has decreased, there's no easy way to tell what exactly is missing. Go through 744 receipt emails, and cross-check that with the games on my account? I don't think so. I'll have to figure out some easier way, maybe make offline html of my account page as someone suggested, and then diff it with a new one whenever I think there is something missing.

This is certainly a very irritating bug, and just makes GOG look bad. Fix it, please.

That reminds me, maybe I should download rest of my GOG games, those I haven't already.

stampsjr: Yeah I just saw that. Wtf?
Are they going to reappear?
avatar
Petrell: In your library? Yes.
In GOG catalog? No.
Thanks

ddickinson: How long does it take for GOG to put them back? Seems like a stupid thing to let happen every time. Although, this is the first time it has effected me, so hopefully it won't be too common.

Grargar: As I mentioned in the link I posted, usually no more than a day. At least, that's how much it took when the Nordic games were removed back in August.
I saw this right after I posted. Thanks for the info.
Aaaand they're back.

If you go to list mode and highlight your library, you can cut and paste the list into a spreadsheet.

I have all my GOG games backed up on an external HDD and just scroll through the names of the backup folders and compare them with my library page in list view. That's how I found out about Dark Fall 2 missing rather quickly.
An added benefit is, that the number of folders on my disk should equal the number of total games in my library if everything is in order. Also it means I have backups of everything :)
Hmm, they're all back. And here I was hoping GOG is trying to reduce my backlog.
Oh wait, I already downloaded them before, nvm. :D

Not quite all, still missing Dark Falls 2.

Sorry peeps, I was talking only about my games. ;)

Firek: We've got top men working on this right now.
The games should be popping back up on our accounts one by one within the next few minutes. We've got a fix for the underlying issue in the works, so we should avoid this if we ever make a promo like this in the future.

Sorry, guys!
are you aware Dark Fall 2 is still missing?
I didn't have any missing yesterday, but Dark Fall 2's gone missing from my library too---and just DF2.
Same here, Dark Fall still missing
