Kristian: I didn't buy that promo, yet I lost Dark Fall 2.

Grargar: It doesn't matter when you purchased it, because GOG has been suffering from a really annoying bug for a long time now that temporarily removes a game from one's account, when said game is removed from the catalog. It has happened at the very least with the Bohemia games, with the first Nordic departure, with Blade of Darkness and now, with the second Nordic departure. I bought only 2 games from the latest Nordic promo, but for a while all my 15+ Nordic games were removed by my account, even games that I had well before the first removal. Since game restoration happens manually, the biggest probability is that the GOG staff has forgotten to restore the game.
It is not so simple since it did NOT happen for me the first time around when Nordic left.

It didn't? Did you take a look at your account at around the time that Nordic games were removed or later when they were restored? There were quite a lot of complaints about removed games from accounts.

It did, but GoG may have returned them before you checked. This is the first time a game has been gone for days. I think they missed one or borked up the process of replacing this one. Because at first, all 32 games were missing. Now, this is the only one not returned.

I checked my account as soon as people started complaining in the forums to make sure it hadn't happen to me as well. It hadn't.

What about two days ago? Did you notice other Nordic games missing, aside Dark Fall 2?

Nope.

Kristian: Nope.
What can I say? Every time a game has been removed from the catalog, there have been threads inquiring about its removal, so it's certainly not an isolated case. All the games I mentioned above, I have personally experienced both their removal and their reintroduction.

Certainly true but it appears it is not the case that every time a game is removed from the catalog everyone who has that game mistakenly loses it from their library. If it wasn't for the recent case of someone losing 744 games it could that the only time someone loses a game from their library is when the game is removed from GOG's catalog.

That's actually a bit different. It occured because the "account refresh" function is currently bugged and times out before it can fully load one's library. Barry used it in hopes of removing a blank spot from his library, but it couldn't fully load his collection and only part of it. I tried it myself with mixed results and ended up contacting support twice (once to restore my games and another one to restore my DLCs).

Add me to the list. This seems to be a site-wide bug as all of the Nordic Games I have from before are still in my library. Let's hope this gets fixed soon.

You have to sacrifice a steam user to the great gaming gods.

Sure, why not? Give it a try. If it doesn't work what did we lose, really?
