Unless it magically makes it possible for me to finally be able to buy Fallout 3 DLC, they can keep their GFWL 3.0 -- right until the next game which uses it forces me to upgrade =/

Still the same and annoying... Where is the tie serials to account option that they promised? Funny Microsoft. Bah. And finally they must support all around the world, world is not small Microdumbs and there is a life outside of USA.

Downloaded, installed, logged in, crashed after five minutes of trying to figure out what's new (and failing at that too).
There's Microsoft's "dedication to PC gaming" for you. :P

Games are (optionally) tied to gamertags, if that's what you mean. I suppose the serials are part of that process.

Don't blame Microsoft for your computer problems -- most of us have no issues with it.
What's new is in the version information section, under settings.

"Don't blame Microsoft" ? Funny, cause to be honest, I've never seen a just-released Micro$oft product functioning correctly.
I don't (want to) use GFWL, but sometimes it's not computer problems...

I am talking about install limit.
Will there be a limit to the number of installs?
No. You’ll be able to install anywhere and play anywhere. We will be DRM-agnostic. What I mean by that is, it’s up to the publisher if they want to have off-line copy protection. If they do, there may be some separate copy protection. As far as Games for Windows — LIVE is concerned, you can install anywhere you want, as many times as you want.
Another thing from the end-user's perspective will be support for custom in-game storefronts, so publishers will be able to build custom in-game storefronts for their downloadable content. Currently, you have to buy your PDLC outside of the game.
