There are many games confirmed to be released on GOG in near future on many sources other than GOG.
I am missing that confirmations here, directly on GOG. I want to avoid buying such games elsewhere, just because GOG want to release it a month later then others.
If you find some source with confirmed release, please post it here.

No worries, forum search is a pain, so it's not that unusual. On the other hand, JediLoop last updated the other thread on June 6th, and I'm not so sure if he will or will not continue updating the thread. Should probably add such a page on the GOGWiki at some point.

Why GOGWiki? GOG itself should add new games confirmed everywhere, like e.g. Shadow Warrior, to that New & Coming tab. They are just loosing customers with this "surprise, surprise" way.

This has been discussed many times before. I too wish GOG would give us more information about what is coming when, but for some reason they seem to prefer to keep us in the dark in most cases. I don't see how it could possibly benefit them, but that's how it is. It is certainly costing them sales in cases where they release a game later than other distributors.
Yes, I mentioned this in another thread. Especially in the case of classics, if they are confirmed coming to GOG then they should make a "Coming Soon" announcement with gamecard.

IIRC one blue once said that whenever GOG does that, Steam seems to have a habit to make a discount promo for that same game just before GOG's release.

If such classic game is GOG exclusive only, then I have no problem with "we have surprise for you" approach.
But when game is released simultaneously on more stores, or even later here (as it happened few times ago, and it will happen again, like probably with Maia, The Raven - Legacy of a Master Thief etc.), then it should really be announced in before...

I always prefer DRM-free GOG release in such cases... but when there is not even one sign, that it will be available here, then what? I buy it elsewhere...

But what's the point of keeping it a secret? Especially when people are getting antsy about the lack of games (especially classics) I think the best solution is just to let us know what's coming if it's a big release. It helps for me publicity too as opposed to the "you only know it's coming the very second it's here" approach.

I am curious too, I do not see too much logic here...

Exactly. GOG has turned down so many titles, it's really hard to predict if a new game is up to their standards or what. And when many other stores have it included in their Soon tab, I assume they're not planning to release it.
Another such example: Chaos Engine http://www.destructoid.com/the-chaos-engine-hits-steam-and-gog-com-this-month-260175.phtml

- confirmed it is coming to GOG somewhere in news, already for pre-order on Steam and Get Games...
But how many people investigate that it is coming here like me, when they can buy it with pre-order discount elsewhere already?
Yeah, surprising Chaos Engine isn't up for pre-order here, it's not a "release" per-say but it would be something

I don't care too much about pre-order, as there is nearly always some release discount. But official announcement on the first page (without digging deeply in the forums) is definitely missing! At least in such cases.
