They needed MONTHS to fix a payment problem that i had.
It was even still shown as pending and the game didn't arrive in my account until much later.

I don't understand some people, really. Those people always take advantage of anything they see. If they see a clear mistake in pricing, they flock there, get that product and triumphantly wave their arms around in "victory". Perhaps it's just me, but that's just sad. I'd never take advantage of anything that is clearly there by a mistake.
But who am I to judge.

ie: Once the price has been offered and the purchaser has accepted it and paid for it and the game has been put in their account, the purchase has been concluded. They can't then come back to you and say "Oh, by the way, you owe us more money".
They CAN if it is a physical item and the item has not been sent to you AND they contact you before they send it to say a) the price was a mistake and b) give you a chance to pay the correct price and, if you don't want to, REFUND the amount you already paid.
With a digital purchase, however, the contract has been completed and the customer has technically received the item (especially if they have already downloaded it).
