Apparently so, but not alone. It would have been unlocked together with "The Grim", whatever that is. The fact that there was no information at all available about these bonus games is one of the botch-ups I was referring to. Heck, from the product page it wasn't even clear that "Mordor" and "The Grim" were two different games.

Ahh... slaughter...
The respawn mechanism is different from Demise. That one just repopulates the dungeon with the same types, while Mordor throws slightly random stuff into the rooms.
