I would like to mention Syndicate, Hexen and Bioforge in particular and add Moonstone as my own suggestion.

Some HD moonstone on a big lcd or plasma, beers and a few friends would be sweet.

My picks would most definatly include

Tie Fighter (heck just a graphic overhaul for the original, or even just making it work on Vista and 7 would make me happy)

Freespace (Yes I know about FSO but... still can't help but want another full game. Think of what the FSO community could do with a brand new engine... lol)

Dungeon Keeper (Though I did hear there was a game being worked on called "Dungeons" or something of the sort and it looked interesting)

Homeworld
Black & White
Dune (RTS)
Crusader No Remorse/Regret
Raptor

and heck for the fun of it why not another "Halloween Harry" game, i remember it being quite fun though i was only 7-8 at the time so i could be missremembering.

Well, I don't know if these would be considered as proper revivals, but I would love to see a couple of old Sega/NES games ported to the PC: Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen, and the Shining Force series. Give me those games on the PC, and I'd be a happy man.

I'd love a modern day Realms of Arkania (no bloody 3d first person remake :E), Master of Orion or even Master of Magic (an actual good remake... >.>). Ow and Star Control 2 xD

Isn't this already in the cards? Crystal Dynamics have Kain and Raziel as promo extra characters for the upcoming Tomb Raider: Guardian of Light DLC.

Also for the guy that wanted Space Hulk, isn't (40k) Space Marine coming out in 2011? from screenshots it looks like orcs first, but you can bet if it sells you'll see Genestealer DLC/expansion/sequel.

It starts with Orcs but we have already seen Chaos and one eagle eyed fan pointed out a Tyrannid Dominatrix in the backround of one of the promo videos along with a Warlord class Titan. Even if Space Marine isn't a good game it will deliver great steaming piles of fanwank.
