I bought hitman codename 47 and during the paypal purchase i lost internet connection. The internet came back on and i got message saying it has been paid and the money was taken from my account, the game is not in my game collection? I don't what to do since the money for it is gone...

The community can't really help you but saying: Contact Support and wait for a reply. If you don't get a reply in about 3 working days, send a PM to Firek. Firek is quite good to punish the Support team not acting fast enough ;)

I see that JuriJ replied to your ticket earlier today and the problem is solved.

Response times depend on when you send the ticket, and if we've got any unscheduled absences in the team. We run on a skeleton crew over the weekends, so we typically finish up surplus weekend e-mails on Monday, then do Monday and Tuesday tickets on Tuesday. On Wednesday-Friday we've only got one day to worry about at a time, so wait times can be anything from one minute to 24 hours. You should also keep in mind that we typically work between 10AM and 6PM GMT+2. :)

I've got a really dedicated team, so I've found no use for my burning whip yet. Which is a shame, somewhat, as it's just been gathering dust...
