Do the games on gog come with the latest patch? If there are future patches will they be listed on gog? Thanks

Yes, all games are patched, and you must redownload and reinstall game if it's updated ever and you want the newest version.

Not only that, but pretty much all of them also to the latest official version, a couple even to versions beyond what's available elsewhere.

Most of the games are patched, but not all.

And of course, there was that outcry on Warlords: Battlecry 3 because the GOG version is patched to a fan version that pretty much fixed the bugs but also hugely changed the balancing of summoning skills.
