placed a order for a vita bundle and just got a email saying its been canceled, not the first time this has happened with GAME and have two friends who have ordered same item and theres has been canceled. anyone else had problems with them?

thanks but i already tried contacting them that's WHY i posted here and they where as much use as a chocolate fire guard there's no problem with my card been used on other sites(today) only ever have problems with game

I bailed from that sinking ship long ago. GAME screwed me out of my saved up points too.

i should of knowing better but it was a very good deal on a vita bundle they had, it almost like they don't like money!

Considering it was common news game was going bust well before they took away everyones points that more your own fault for not spending them.

They gave a couple of month warning before they made the points redundant.

No, not for this, this happened last year. I had all my points put into a preorder for The Last Story, and they cancelled stock of the game without any warning right before it was to ship. I was never able to recover those points.

Game suspended use of its reward and gift cards, but on 29 March 2012, Game announced they had re-validated the rewards cards for use on pre-owned games.[44] Game later revalidated reward points for use on all games both in-store and online.

They did the same with ALOT of games at the time because they were not getting fresh stock in. Google it, there's alot of info about it. The fact you didn't get a refund is interesting, I didnt know you couldnt get a point refund.

They never even responded to my email queries, I gave up on this store long ago.

game cancelled my ultimate loot edition of borderlands 2 and then couldnt reinstate it as it had been reordered by someone else. so I avoid game now
