darthspudius: Golden Axe Sega Megadrive, Completed it once a year since I got it in 1990. I love every second of it.

snowkatt: i never actually finished that one
...or sonic ...i hate platformers
It takes about 20 minutes to do a full playthrough. Should try it! Has a very delightful ending. :P

Yeah. I can still remember the day I got my hands on the game, around the same time it came out in 1997. Sweet memories. Just from holding the box, I could tell there was something special about the game. I was right.

snowkatt: zelda majora's mask
best zelda to me its all down hill for the series from here
I get it ! Your avatar is a were-Kaffei which happens when you put the Kaffei mask on a coyote ! Now it all makes sense.

Back on topic :
I really like Fallout : Tactics. It has a really great atmosphere and mechanics that weren't much appreciated because most people died of exhaustion while searching for an immense convoluted plot. Multiplayer could have been something with more resources, it's a shame no game went even near that.

I could never get into New Vegas. The setting is alot more bland in first person than it is in Fallout 1+2.

It's because in 1 and 2 you fast traveled from your points of interest. New Vegas was just too bare while 3 had a whole bunch of places to make it fun just walking.

Fenixp: It's kind of insane.
I think you nailed it.
The whole "Terraria <-> Starbound" odyssey is really hard to follow.
There really are two great ideas, but for some reason they (wrongfully) didn't seem to believe much in Terarria and many fans said Starbound is the future, but now it seems Starbound came to a full stop (?) and they are (at last !) going through with Terraria.
But the communication on both sides is sub-par I think. Are there other places to get info apart official websites and wikis ?

Yeah spot on. I never understood the love for NV but the hate for Fallout 3. It was more fun and have a lot more to keep things interesting. It also didn't have those giant orange flies. Urgh! It was a decent game though.

Because people see 3 as a bastard by Bethesda and new Vegas was made by the people behind 1 and 2. Obsidian is the people who were with interplay on them.
The other makers of fallout I believe went to inexile.

obsidian is mostly made up from black isle people
ie the developers of fallout 1 and 2

i like 3 and nv equally
