Do you mean 16 x 16, I guess? ;)

I tried some of the basic possibilities, but I suppose Austrobogulator is more subtle than that...

... and that left me out. :D

Happy this thread pops up every now and then. Not sure where to start with the one above, though. At least GOG's gift screen doesn't yell at me for trying 30 different combinations in a row...

I tried taking the first character from each of the 16 lines - didn't work. Then tried taking the characters from each line in a diagonal - didn't work. Tried taking the last character from each line - didn't work. I went very simple, seems the solution is harder than what I'm thinking.

You can include the other diagonal to that :P

It's definitely harder than just vertical lines/diagonal lines, but easier than the enigma code :o
