I do believe so, though I haven't tried redeeming. Some things I considered throw-offs could actually be significant. So, in the true spirit of Allo Allo, I could be disastrously mistaken ;-)

I have scruples, man :( I'd feel guilty if I didn't give others a fair shot, especially since I won Anachronox recently. I just want to know the regulars around here at least had a chance to try.

A. Not the smartest, not by a long shot. Been around enough smart people to be able to recognise them. The people who actually make the puzzles are smarter than those that solve.

B. Trust me, you do not want to see me post it, because it will induce a veritably Homeric D'oh! It's in the Iliad, go check.

For now, my decision stands. If I lose out, so be it. My ninja instincts are clearly not honed enough.

Sure:
I solved the puzzle by splitting the line in pieces of 11 characters and aligning the pieces in a vertical column.
They formed a bitmapped picture of the code. Just had to squint my eyes a little to recognize the letters.

Ah, interesting :o

My intended way of solving it was to just paste it into Notepad and then just reduce the vertical width of the window to the lowest possible size (which happens to be 11 characters wide).

That is exactly the way I also did it! I wanted to give a more technical explanation. :D

Even better; manually cutting it up into 11s would be a bit time consuming :P Anyway enjoy your Safecracking!
