Another tidbit... Order maybe correct in one sense but think a bit circularly.

The cartoon wasn't meant as a clue - just pointing out my apparent denseness in creating puzzles...though I gather this thread enjoys them difficult!

Ok, next clue: Once you've done the math and simple substitution cipher will suffice.

I haven't thought further about it. I had arrived at something, but the numbers didn't make sense to be decoded, given them being positive, negative and neutral (0). I'm not even entirely sure, that I am looking for the right thing.
