Austrobogulator: About the "Swap the first 3 with the second 3"; I did make a bit of a boo-boo with that, but really, it doesn't matter in the slightest =|

uchristensen: Because it's all a ruse, right?
Well, I mean that clue doesn't really matter; the code does exist. Here's proof:

Stooner: (but I still don't get it....)

adambiser: The left-side border of the cell with 9GND5 is not pure black (RGB 0,0,0), it is RGB 1,1,1. The same thing with the top border of the cell with JFB2D, it is also RGB 1,1,1. Find the cell where that row and col intersect and you get K5S2E...

Repeat for RGB 2,2,2.... 3,3,3... etc
oh! got it now!
(something was stretching the image on my end)
Thank you for freeing my mind! ;p

Oh, I had no doubt that the prize exists. What I meant was that going through the motions is not the way to go about it (yes/no)? A ruse as in misdirection; as in not the way to go about it. That the solution is more devious.

Austrobogulator is a real evil genius! So much suffering from his puzzles and encyptions... LOL ^_^

adambiser: Solution: Some of the borders aren't completely black (0,0,0), some are (1,1,1), 2.... 3.... 4.... 5.
Use the intersecting rows and columns to determine the cell you need and put them in the right order.
Heh, nice! I think I actually tried painting the walls early on, but somehow decided the result was just corruption and forgot all about it. Congrats!
i was messing around with winhex and dint even think to check the integrity of the blacks!
i like to think it might have nudged someone in the right direction :P
then again i tend to have a go just to see if i *can* solve it half the time i already own it :)

well done though, a lovely example of steganography

Let’s spin the wheel and play a little game!

The house gives you 10 to 1 odds
If you add 10 minutes of time in the pot.

The house must always keep order and so not to confuse the plot,
Here’s three sets of five clues – careful - they’re hot!

The resolution is clear if you can find the expression.
Then it’s simple to see, the end of this obsession!

Btw, I based this on a Maze of Games puzzle - the Number Theorist Badge in the Kickstarter update #21. Since it appears many of you Giheotbf'er's like this stuff, I've posted the link for the KS page. Mind you, it's only open for 69 more hours - ending on 3/14/13 at 5:00!

Hope you enjoy my puzzle - it's probably better than the prize!

Maybe I'm thinking too deep about it, but now I know about matrices, row equivalents, the matrix, and now hex, and hexidecimal RGB color pallettes and which are web safe or not... *mind = blown* I'm going to bed. Goodluck everyone, and good night. NR... +1 :)
It's Pi day! So, for fans of decimal places, I present a game involving decimated places :P

You may be serving pie down under but up here there won't be any pi for anyone until tomorrow! ;-p

Srsly though, thanks for the puzzle - lemme just get a slice and a cup of coffee...
For the "Let's Spin the Wheel" puzzle, I feel it's only fair to post the clues I just gave to uchristensen...

"Think Order of Operations - grade school level"

"You'll only do them once!"

Happy puzzling!

I can't make sense of this one.

I already gave you a further clue for the first section of the quote...

The second part was just to provide the length and spacing of the answer...

Better? <weg>
I shared my progress or lack thereof with puzzle creator Momo1991.

With this, at least one more bit of it makes sense.
