Your riddle was much easier than JMich's. Mostly because it was very similar to his but it also required less steps and less knowledge about 'computers'.

"JMich" 's were somewhat off the chart as it required special knowledge and he were also sort of a "trickster" . But there ought to be something for "everyone" , also something really difficult and I find it quite OK and for it to be "JMich" 's "provocative" to set the bar at what level he pleases. "JMich! 's were found out (possibly after he gave clues) by someone who had a clue - I didn't , but then again I also underestimated the general level of knowledge that people have and then made mine way too easy - though I found it just a little bit cleaver myself at the time - but on the other hand I also wanted it to be something that were "solveable" - so I guess I must step up things until it becomes "difficult enough" ;-)

The first step was to realize that both contest had nothing to do with the images themselves.

In my case then I guess that it depends on what one considers as having to do with the image....

Yeah ! , "nagytow" the "Explosive Cat" seems to be someone we should watch out for cause he seems to be a rather clever guy - and he also seems to be both imaginative , fast and rather knowledgeable.....

Think 2 days is enough time for anyone who could find it to do so, and won't be using the same "trick" twice.
The magic word was extract, the "image" is actually 2 files, a .jpg file and a .zip file. Trying to open the attached file with winrar (and probably 7zip or winzip, maybe other archiving software) you would see a password protected zip file, with the password being the image's name "qr-troll".
Hope this explanation is sufficieng, let's see the next way to give a code.
