Considering that all their old adventure games have already been pirated from here to kingdom come, I think it's actually more a question of them wanting to sell their games themselves. And they do. Just not all of them. And the ones they do sell are very very hard to find. Hey, I didn't say it made sense, I just think that's how it is.
I actually found Full Throttle in a game store a couple of years ago. But I haven't seen any of the others for sale in a long time.

Full throttle would be truly awesome... actually all the lucasarts adventure games would be. I know they're not likely to ever let 3rd parties re-release their games... but my fingers are crossed they'll relent and let gog be the exception.

The thing is, their games are almost impossible to get without pirating them nowadays, and getting them to run almost always requires ScummVM (except Grim Fandango, which requires a whole new method of technical wizardry).
So really, digital distribution would help LucasArts a LOT.

Ironically enough, all 10 of the games on the most wanted list are going to be difficult to get. Most of the companies are either dead and abosrbed by EA or just plain unwilling to resell them through 3rd party distribution(cough*lucasarts*coughcough). I hate to rain on people's parades but we shouldn't look forward to getting those games anytime soon.

BTW not trying to be crude but I could care less who's "shit list" i'm on. I aim to impress or please no one and live according to how I feel life should be lived. Life is too short to worry over who likes you and who doesn't, or worry over simple things.
