I'm waiting too. To activate or not activate it, on steam...

Contact Support. Ask them if you'll be able to install it both ways if you register your key to Steam. :)

Yeah I have to email them next to the release.
I'll try it first on steam I guess, to see if the key gets locked there or not. It would be nice if the Penumbra Collection could be activated on steam too.

jungletoad: I've put my money down on Insomnia. I'm really looking forward to that game. The gameplay preview looked intense and I've really been digging the game design philosophy that the Frictional Games guys post about in their blog.
