No sir, it is not legal to download commercial items through Limewire, and it is not free. Your friend has misinformed you.

I talked to my friend before downloading it, and it is legal. Just be careful not to download anything marked as spam, and be sure to have a anti-virus program installed into your computer just to be safe.
I've been able to download Legend of Zelda, Mario, and other video game music from here, so it does work.

It's a dead game, but Sadness has a free incomplete soundtrack released by I think the composer.
It's really good.

4 is especially good, is that a harp? I'd really like to know.
