Dude, John, Harassment isn't anyway to go about asking for help. I understand you are upset but dude, you were invited to the beta, if you show you're not cool they could kick you out just as easily. read your TOS agreement.
I didn't read the TOS, but I did read the free game E-Mail, if I screwed up fine remove the post, but I think that a clear answer is in order, right wrong or otherwise, I should get a answer, not answering the mail isn't conductive of of a good business model

Did you register at GOG with a different email than the beta key was sent to? Apparently that can cause a lot of issues with receiving a key. Just thought I'd check.

number13, it looks like that our Support haven't received your question and that would explain why you haven't heard from us :(. We can track your question only if it were sent from your account via the website's contact form.
Could you please re-send your message using the contact form? This matter could be only resolved via contacting us. I'm sure our Support Team will respond after the weekend.
In general, if you're contacting our Support with a NEW question or problem, please use the contact form available in the Support section of our website. The advantage is that your message will be sent directly to a Support Rep and in 5-10 minutes it will appear on your My Account page also, so you can be sure that we've received it.
After you'll receive an answer from us, feel free to reply via e-mail as future emails will be automatically associated into one thread... but to start a new support ticket you'll need to use the contact form first).
PS: I've removed the transaction ID, your full name and e-mail address from your first message in this thread. Please do not such information on the public forums. Thanks!
