Tempted by one of the Paradox strategy games (never played any of them), but I don't want to grab something I don't know if I'll play.

They are hard to understand/get in to. I have Victoria 2, and i cannot understand how to play it. I've been told that if you watch lets plays on youtube, you can learn how to play it.

That's the thing, you'll need several hours just to understand how they work.
