Try contacting GOG support or ask this question on the Warsow subforums, maybe someone in there can help you, or perhaps there's even already a thread with your problem solved.

Warsow runs fine on my computer, so I don't think it has anything to do with the game, and if you created a GOG account in order to play one of the free games, I don't understand what you're complaining about, it's not like you lost any money with this.

because it probably will run in windows 7, just not on your specific computer. tried updating your video drivers?

Did you download the newest version from the official site?
Also give us more info.

What OS 32 or 64 bit?
Drivers installed and up to date?
Any errors?
Did you try to reinstall the game and/or run it as Administrator?

PC gaming. Chill out, man, this happens to all of us.

If you contacted Support, don't worry if they don't get back to you immediately: they are away during weekends and may take a while to figure out what's wrong. Barring the rare freak occurrence, two or three working days seems to be the longest they ever take.
Just downloaded it and it plays fine on win 7 64.

Same here. I never understand why people make threads like "<insert rage here> My car doesn't work! What's wrong with it!?!?!??!" in online forums, bug trackers, IRC, etc. They give no useful information for someone to be able to answer their question, and the focal point of their communication is expressing anger or other negative energy rather than trying to focus on getting the problem solved with a positive attitude.

Video games have bugs often, as do operating systems, video drivers, etc. and it's just a fact of life that sometimes we need to be patient and do a bit of research to fix such problems. When we look for help from others though with anger/rage in our voice we put out negative energy that is more likely to hinder us from getting our problem solved than to help us.

Warsow works fine for me in Windows 7/x64 though just to throw an additional data point out there. I'd suggest to try smashing the keyboard and throwing it at the wall but that only works sometimes, no guarantee. :)

Why create an account to play with your own crap?
A few months ago Lake Superior gave us a nice size ad totally for free and my mother bitched about it because she didn't like the way some of the shadows looked in the picture.

Free advertising in a huge travel magazine and she bitched about a fucking shadow.

I think the OP and my mother should get together and go bowling. :P

"The pins aren't falling down often enough! The ball keeps rolling into the gutter! I know I didn't pay to play this round of bowling but you need to fix this ASAP!"

As someone suggested previously, search around the forum at warsow, net to see if there is a solution. One simple thing mentioned there is to try ALT-ENTER, to force a swap between full-screen and window. Might kick-start the graphics, as it were.
