Very nice. I'm in for King of Dragon Pass.

As for Steam Cards, meh. If nothing else, they'll provide an incentive for the more OCD-inclined folks among us to clear out their backlog. Other than that, it's really just a 2nd set of 'chieves. Nothing that I'll be losing sleep over one way or another.

Thanks, I'm in for Gabriel Knight 2+3 and Zork Anthology+Return to Zork.

Also I think that the steam cards are....stupid.
I made several € just by selling a bunch of them, so for me this was a good deal (I don't care about digital collectibles), it is also good for Valve, making money simply by doing...NOTHING.
It's bad for people which spent money on those things, of course.

And...congrats :)

Detlik: Goddammit Licurg is right. Raising the gifts to four 3 dollar games or two 5 dollar + 3 dollar games. That oughta give you silly folk some games to play for longish time.

And congrats to Detlik. Here is the trip, when you become really successful you will get even bigger thrill from NO paycheck. You'll be on salary or retainer or inheritance or shit, maybe you'll own an oil well or two. Either way when that happens come back here and we'll do this all over again! +1

I almost forgot:
That "zeus game" is very time consuming but very fun - you'll enjoy it.

I too shall enter for Zeus for myself, but also for Pharaoh + Caesar 3.

As far as the cards....why not? Gives people something to do if they have extra money or just really like collecting things. It's along the lines of being an achievement whore in WoW (Guilty as charged) back when it was still fun to play.

OH ALMIGHTY GLOTTIS/DETLIK. Lets see, don't know enough about the steam cards. Knife gun is a modern bayonette isn't it? Limitless funds would go to charities that help children or the poor or the sick or even all 3 as long as its limitless. Gaming wouldn't even be a consideration in that case.
I just had some pretzel cookies so I'm good on that front.

As for the games, mind if I go rpg crazy and ask for Betrayal at Krondor and Return to Krondor from the weekend sale and Wizardry 6-7 from last weeks sale? If thats too much let me know and I will correct it. Thanks almighty Detlik, hope you enjoyed your job.

I was given plenty, bought plenty in the past and have plenty to play....also I recently got Unepic thanks to one generous gifter and Sleeping Dogs from Amazon sale so I will be alright for some time :D
