Thanks! I've just bought Assassin's Creed II for free but I can't find how to download it.
In the help section it says that I have to click the download link in the "Order details" page but I can't find any link.

Among other things the page says:
Order status: Sent
...
Processing serial number or unlocking(?) code. [I'm translating, may be not accurate]

Anyone knows if I have to wait for something? Thanks.
Thanks for the info, worked in Finland, took Assassins creed for free.
It works In South Africa :P

jamyskis: The funny thing is that I wasn't buying a 16 or 18 rated game. I was buying Tintin for my niece because I already had everything else I wanted.
Same Problem with Babel Rising... seems to be a problem on the German UBIStore Page

jamyskis: "Due to the Youth Protection Act, some titles are only available between 10pm and 6am. You cannot acquire this product between 6am and 10pm. However, you can place it in your shopping basket and buy it later."
Amazing.
I used this code yesterday to get Shoot Many Robots. The code worked and I got a 10€ discount (why is everything at shop.ubi.com in Euro?) and I got an order confirmation by email, but now I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to actually obtain the game. Do you have to wait a few days for it to unlock or something?

edit: Same situation as voldart

Works perfectly from Greece :)

Thank you Cavalieroscuro!!
I had to wait a bit to receive the mail (an hour ?).

For the download, you have to click in your mail where it indicates "order details" or something like this. Then you'll find a download link.

For King Kong, I downloaded a small app that downloaded some rar files that contained the installer (yeah, the guy who thought about that should have been fired).

After putting your game to cart (and provide the promo code), you will be asked to log in or register in order to complete the purchase. Soon after you've done that, you'll be redirected to a page where it says : Thank you , Purchase Done.
Scrolling a bit down that page you see the title of the game, the code to activate your game (if a code is need), and link to download that game. It's an .exe file that you will to download (an ubi installer) that you need to save it on your Desktop and run it from there in order to install the game.
I hope you found the info helpful.
Sorry, for my english.

Thanks for trying to help. I'm already logged in and registered, and got the "Purchase Done" page last night when I made the order, but it didn't come with any download links or codes. Just a message saying "Processing serial number or unlock code".
Still wrestling with my conscience on this one. Seems to me like they didn't intend for this to happen.
Its weird not working in some countries and different prices in EU. I envy people that can get Clash of Heroes for free.

According to their FAQ, you should look up your order.
There you put your login info or the order code that you should have on the email they sent you and you get to go the page of the game where you can get the game.
More helpful info, as well as contact info, can be found their page here :
http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/help
Where you can also go to : My Order History, and find the game there!

What kind of DRM does Ubisoft use for their games? Or are some of the older games actually DRM-free like they are here?

All that's there is a summary of the order and "Processing serial number or unlock code." No way to get the game. I'll contact their support this evening.
