I agree i'm at fault here, but are you saying the ones who baited me AREN'T at fault? ????
To gog such words make one look like an arse(sheltered community syndrome). On others with strict rules and similar threads there's not nearly this much anger or baiting of such threads. The former not happening because people can take a joke and not overreact to people posting silly shite. The latter not happening because mods would step in if ANY side baited another.....not just the most visible one.

You aren't giving the people on your side any reason to feel they made a good, sensible decision, you're just making anyone who sticks up for you and tells the community to be the good guys here look terminally blind to your actions.

You're basically shooting yourself in the foot, over and over again, sabotaging your own agenda. It's not pretty, and I don't like seeing bans occur (among my first twenty posts here is a defense of Roberttitus when he felt he was under attack, which got him to calm down and let the subject go) but you aren't helping me feel like not banning you is the way to go. Your irrational lashing at anyone within spitting distance makes you look bad and anyone who argues for your inclusion as a part of the community look bad by extention.

Kinda. I just wish people would see BOTH sides of the issue is all...instead of piling crap on me.
I'm about to make a CONSTRUCTIVE THREAD soon....gaming related and hopefully to add content to the forums. It will be about doom. Not asking for it to be here or how to get it to run. I ask no one that normally low rates do so as I'm trying to clean the slate here.

I'm not trying to change people's opinion of me entirely...just to try to salvage myself. Also could you have been more pessimistic and depressing?

This is the thing though: nobody is going out of their way to sabotage your rep. No one. You are irrationally assuming the number of users opposed to your threads is far lower than it actually is, and furthermore taking the most vocal opponents of those threads and singling them out as people obviously out to get you.

The truth is far more people are upset with the threads than you realize, and few are forthright about it.

Do we want newcomers to see an odd play on words or dirty joke (i say odd due to GR saying he will lower the amount) or do we want newcomers to see this crap with a forum taking chunks out of itself and feeling the need to air its dirty laundry for the whole flippin web to see?

Im tempted to start a "what a racket" with an image of a tennis racket just to add fuel to the fire but i decided against it (mainly cause id have to get out of bed and turn the pc on)

Every action has a reaction thats life, but if we think through our actions then understanding reactions is simple /fortune cookie speech

To be fair, the "dirty laundry" was already available for the whole flippin web to see, all Damuna did was summarize it in a single post.

We all do thing when were irritate, see my edit up a few.

What i dont get is why people cant just ignore GRs topics if theyre so opposed to them, i do it with txts and emails every day.

Again, I get the spam threads(the last two)...but being mad about off color joke threads, even two of them, is bullshit. I get where they were coming from & would follow the only normal people are downrepping idea if the downrepping started blanketing every post AFTER the third thread started, or even the second. That's not what happened. It started a bit into thread ONE.

To say people were normally downrepping for spam threads even when there was only ONE thread around is kinda sketchy imo.

It would be easy to ignore if it were just a few here and there, but that is not the case here. Its not even just his own threads, he seems to disrupt nearly every thread he posts in.
