The number of town power roles seems excessive -
2 investigative roles (Muttly, Joe)
2 doctor roles (Zchinque, unknown)
1 role blocker (same unknown doctor)
1 bureaucrat (nmillar, whatever that is)
1 unknown role (Peanut)
1 vigilant (Baron)
and another guy claiming to have Vitek's name

This is just too much.

I have 3 theories:
1. Rob and Joe - elaborate bussing tactic. Joe votes Rob, Rob votes Pazzer while Joe says Pazzer is lying. It is possible with encryptor and Pazzer could have just said he is vanilla and delay the lynch.
2. Rob and TB - All the reasons I stated in the previous day, but maybe Rob was trying to bus TB.
3. Stuart and Peanut - By process of elimination.

I suggest lynching Rob - If he flips mafia then Joe or TB are mafia. If he flips town, then Stuart and Peanut.

The number of claimed power roles is just too much...

Joe has investigative role?

Lot of assumptions here. How do we know there's two doctors? Or Joe is actually an investigator?

I don't think we can eliminate anyone based on excessive power roles because it seems like this game just has excessive power roles. Or a lot of liars, but I'm inclined to believe the former.

JoeSapphire: It hasn't told me anything very concrete about him, so today's onslaught is entirely based on his actions.
This is why I think investigative role. However, something that is based on flavor.

As for the 2nd doctor - why no night kill?
Hope it doesn't merge.

Will add something I wanted to say about Joe claim.
Investigative role or just plain lying.

How do you know a NK was even attempted?

Robbeasy: How do you know a NK was even attempted?
Although it is possible NK was not attempted I cannot see why mafia wouldn't try. It is possible Joe tried to do the kill and got blocked.
On second thought, I don't think it is possible Joe tried to perform the kill and got blocked, but I still cannot see why mafia wouldn't attempt a kill.
We need to hear from Stuart.
At the moment I am feeling pretty confident and the only thing I'm worried about is Vitek or Muttly or someone playing us all for chumps and winning our explicit trust through masterful play. I think mass claim would help settle my mind on that.

The problem would be that mafia would know who was the jailkeeper (I'm assuming jailkeeper protected muttly) and then their course of action at night would be a lot simpler.

Pazzer's final words, "i'd be shocked if town don't win". Makes it seem like we're on the right lines.
(Of course I've considered the possibilty that Vitek is godfather or something and Pazzer was trying to give us false security, but I don't think he is as cruel as that. I'm going to take him at face value.)
Okay, I think mass claim today is a bad idea.
I'll admit the masterful Muttly/Vitek play crossed my mind, but honestly if they pulled that off this well then mafia deserves to win.

But unless that happens I think we're on the right tracks. Itai's posts seemed like they were trying to assume a little too much. Not all that informative. Not sure how I feel.

Oy, Stuart. Post something. Your continued silence has earned you a vote.

Vote Stuart

See?
Votecount:

2 - Stuart9001 (Joesapphire, Peanutbrittle)
1 - Joesapphire (Twilightbard)

Not voting: Stuart, Muttly, Itai.sharim, Robbeasy, Vitek

With 8 alive, it takes 5 to lynch.

Deadline is 8pm 20 Feb.

I decided to do little new players overview. ;-)

In Game 1 there were 12 new players. 5 players still play and are among most active players here (eyeball, Robbeasy, Vitek, nmillar, Damantion). 2 players played in following games but stopped since then (GoJays, Nazarush). 1 replacement with short appearance had also short episode in another game (Gamerager). 3 players never played another game, although 1 of them modded one (Tyler, Dominic, Damuna).

In Game 2 there were 9 new players. 3 of them still continue to play (bazilišek, pazzer, Zchinque). 3 of them continued to play but ceased since then (jesskitten, Typhoon, enterprise). 3 of them never played in another game (Azarr, Ubivis, AI1).

Game 3 featured only 3 new players. 1 of them is still (hopefully) active (Orryyrro). 1 of them played in another games but stopped since then (GhostQlyph). 1 of them never appeared in another game (Rooshandark).

Game 4 brought 7 new players. 4 of them are active memebers of our community (ViolatorX, Red_Baron, Rodzaju, TwilightBard). For the other 2 it was first and last game (elbaz, Popinjay). 1 player appeared in another game but is not active anymore (andyuk).

In Game 5 there were 3 new players. 0 of them is active anymore. 2 of them played in another game but are not active anymore (QuadrAlien, Taleroth). 1 new player never appeared in another game (fexen).

Game 6 offered only 2 new players. 1 of them didn't even post in that game (CowboyBebop). 1 player appeared in another game but became GOG minion since then (Thiev).

Game 7 featured 4 new players. 1 of them remained active in mafia community (JoeSapphire). 1 of them appeared in another game but not in next ones (xyem). 2 of them had to replace out of this game and nver played again (Silverfire, ovoon).

Game 8 offered 3 new players. 2 of them are still active (NotFrenchYet, muttly). 1 of them is yet to appear in another game (littlerabbit).

Game 9 had 4 new players at the start. 2 of them repalced out of game (Grynn, cruward_darkeyes). 2 of them already appeared in next game (itai.sharim, jefequeso).

Game 10 started with 3 new players. All of them are yet to appear in another game as they had no apportunity to do it (crazybear, Stuart, PenutBrittle).

In summary, apart games 1, 2 and 4, there never were more than 4 new players in a game.
Was that supposed to be in the admin thread Vitek??..;o)
Sorry, this was supposed to go into another thread. :-(

Robbeasy: Pazzer was encryptor - which means he could day-talk with one other Mafia - surely a read back through will throw up a likely suspect??
Hmmm, after this sentence I went and read through pazzer's posts again and took notes with whom he interacted throughout the game.

There were some interesting results but I need to proceed them further. :-)

Most intersting thing is he never adressed sturat with anything until post no. 794 which is their only direct interaction. Perhaps they had other means of interaction. Stuart is also person who was "mud-slinged" only minimally by pazzer during his reads. As I pointed before most of pazzers reads contained something bad about all players. Not about sstuart, though, Also Robbeasy and itai weren't too mudded by him.

Itai is another one who had minimal interaction with pazzer. I found pazzer adressing him only 2 tiems during all game. Yes, he pointed him out as certain mafia with muttly but he knew muttly will flip town so it would be good spot to hide your scumbuddy.

Next interestig case is Robbeasy but for a bit different reason s he had absolutely no interaction with pazzer but only until day 3 where they went to interaction-spree. Not sure what does it mean yet, but I can imagine they started because they realised they are distancing too much. Yes, this is a bit twisted to fit my view but I like it.
