I've just done a quick search on t'internet...

only thing I can come up with is

Beaurocrat - 3rd Party role. Visits someone every night and bogs them down with paperwork and form filling so that any role they had becomes the quack version and abilities no longer function. Win when only ability left.

Source
oookay. I'm going to assume it's not that?
Does Millar leave breadcrumbs? would it be worth looking for breadcrumbs when we don't know what he could even do?
Well damn. Out of all the possible night kills, I think we learn the least from Nmillar. Combined with the fact that the whole plan seemed to hinge on Baron being scum or town and he turns out none of the above, this has taken a most unexpected turn.

I think it's time to concentrate on Muttly, though I don't have my notes so I can't really be thorough on this list.

Pros:
Did ferret out a killer, but not actual scum
Hasn't made many contradictions or outright scummy moves (that I can see at least)
Involved in a very loud dispute, drawing attention to himself

Cons:
Didn't actually target a scum, but a (vaguely) innocent player
Twilight's research does turn up that bit on lurker lynching
Made a lot of the same sort of suspicious moves that Baron did (quick to jump on a weak reason)
Did kind of get a free ride after Baron claimed, like Vitek said
Ignored quite a few questions, not just from the Baron. Seemed vaguely dodgy?

Obviously it's not nearly enough for a proper accusation yet, so I guess it's time to start prodding each other with sticks.
Did anyone notice the comment in the lynch scene "THE" killer? Is it possible in a game of 15 there is one scum?

Anyway, to address the PB statement. As I have stated many times, there is not a single question from someone other than Baron I ignored. This is the flip side on remaing quiet on others rants, sooner or later people accept them as psuedo-truth. And Baron is clearly not innocent, hes may not be proper scum, but hes a third party neutral making him anti-town.

I must say, I am shocked by the night kill. I know why they didnt kill me, they think I am an easy lynch today. But Nmillar was such a non-factor. Perhaps he fouled up their power roles N1 a bit or they just think hes the farthest from a mislynch.
I am late to the party. How dared you to start without me?

Let's see Bureaucrat... well he could be highly privileged account on MafiaWiki but I somehow doubt that's it.

I don't think it's what Robbeasy found as he was town. I imagine something obstructive, roleblocker perhaps.
It seems he hinted investigative role here.
And then, after Red_Baron's claim he asked for his name so maybe it has something to do with it. Maybe he had files on people and could learn "something" about them. Well we won't learn it now I guess.

So who is it going to be? Itai or muttly? I think both are scums so I am OK with lynching any of them.

Found none but I might be looking wrongly. :-)
He has only few and quite short posts so I guess he would have to hide it into someone else's posts. :-)
First apologies for the rules thing, I wasn't aware of a twilight concept in the game.

Again my first thoughts have been posted, by Vitek this time. I noticed Nmillar prominently asking Red_Baron for his name too. I think it would make sense for a hotel manager to have a list of his guests wouldn't it? I don't think this would have been much use though unless it also contained their alignments.

Why are you shocked?
What do you mean by "farthest from a mislynch"?
I would have thought I had explained it originally. Nmillar seemed to be such a non-factor. Never said much and got involved in nothing. Seems to be a somewhat "wasted" NK from a mafia point of view. But, perhaps as I mentioned, he was using his role to disrupt their activity.

Meaning he was such a non-factor no one had ever bothered mentioning he existed, much less asked him questions or sought his opinion.
Glad you posted as I had read it a couple more times and I understood. Sorry about that.

@Vitek - I am HIGHLY against lynching muttly.

Are you saying what I think you are or is it just because you are scumbuddies?
Another strange kill choice. But maybe that's the point to confuse us.

If Nmillar did breadcrumb anything I couldn't find it.

Not sure what to make of Itali's latest post. As can think of several reasons for him saying what he did.

Care to elaborate?

This is such a bottle of wine to open at the very start of the day, and it looks really scummy. It's an easy way for mafia to hide and it's quite convenient overall. It also allows for a convenient line of logic to push for anyone who votes for you. And at this point, that just doesn't fly for me

Wow, you didnt even pretend to come up with reasons on that one. I would like for some folks to go back on TBs posts and check out how he frames any course of action contrary to his statements, preordaining each possible path as scummy. Remember that for later.

Anyway, I think everyone was pretty confident on this vote, so gald we got that out of the way.

It is something I picked up on day 2 from the Muttly-Baron exchange so won't say I am 100% sure. Can put a summery if you would like or the full ordeal, including quotes, if you find it fancy.
@TwilightBard can you explain why you're so sure Muttly is mafia.
