If you frequently hang around gaming websites/forums, you've no doubt come across this tongue-in-cheek comparison between oldschool shooters of the Doom-era and the more recent, cinematic shooters. This picture gave me an idea for a nice forum game: Someone (from memory!) makes a shoddy MS-paint drawing of the level layout from one of their favourite FPS levels (doesn't necessarily have to be an FPS, games like Deus Ex, Hitman, Tomb Raider, Ultima Underworld would also work... as long as it's 3D, it should be fine!) and everyone has to guess which game it is. The first person to guess correctly then has to draw make the next map, and so on and so forth...

Anyway, here's my map:

Interesting game, wouldn't have figured out what the map was for if it didn't have those notations on it though.
Not entering, because my memory is terrible for the most part.

Hmm, the basketball court, move when radio is loud. Could it be Kingpin: Life of Crime ?

Yup, exactly! I'm amazed that anyone could recognize the basketball court! :)

Anyway, I guess it's your turn.

Someone still has to guess my map.
Nice idea.
Let's first analyze things a bit :
- A map with a fork
- A map with friendly characters (as in "you don't have to shoot everything that moves)

This is a pre-2005 FPS then ?

Edit : damn too slow. At least I watched every detail of your ... em ... work ;)

Yes and I mapped it out for hours.
Turns out I'm terrible at drawing stuff. Even worse in paint.
This is the outside part of the level. Not gonna try the inside:p

Yay. I'm good. Although the map part of the map gave it away a bit.

My turn, Does this remind something to someone, PER CHANCE ?
