Long time ago i was playing post apocalyptic strategy. It was around 2004. I only remember first mission. We were survivors who lived in underground bunker for several decades. When radioactive fallout was safe we went out. We start with four men squad armed with pistols. Our first enemy was a bear. Then we had to destroy barricade. At the end we had to liberate village from hands of gang. Like i said it was RTS where we can customize our team mates. Every one could had diffrent weapon (mainly modern weapons, there wasn't any swords etc.). It was lot of fun back there.

If anyone remember title it would be great.

I KNOW IT I KNOW IT!!!

SOLDIERS OF ANARCHY!

One of my favorite games ever and I'm pleading with GOG to get it; so long as it comes with the patch for pause/action.

Maybe you should make a wishlist entry for this, as I can't see one...

OK I'll upvote it, even though I never heard of it before, just for you!
Besides, I'd like the old Simon and Schuster stuff to turn up for Starship Titanic, which I'm not saying is a good game, because it isn't but I'm a bit fan of the late great Douglas Adams' writing and the Pythons who voiced it!

I think The Fall: Last Days of Gaia was released in 2004. A decent post-apocalyptic tactical RPG, although with horrible bugs in the first release.

Same developer. But solders of anarchy is the first play squad-based real-time strategy game I ever played.

Ohw, your right, another one of those nameless avatars.
If instead of a bear it might have been a huge rat, you might be recalling Fallout Tactics perhaps.
