Good news: Flashback is getting a HD remake.

Bad news: Xbox and PS....

I want this on PC

Damn no PC hopefully that will change.
I'd still like to see the original floppy release and Fade to Black come to GOG. A shame about the HD remake not coming to PC at all, but hopefully that can still change.
It's Delphine, so I expect a PC port to happen eventually.

ESPECIALLY since they're using the Unreal Engine.
Whether the PC is listed as a platform seems to depend on your source of information: http://uk.gamespot.com/news/flashback-remake-announced-by-ubisoft-6406793 does list it.

It probably will be released on pc also... but in the article they also only say Xbox and PS, it is only in the headline they say pc...
Pretty sweet. I'll get it when it comes to PSN, but it'd be nice if it were available on GOG bundled with the original version.
Okay, how about this one? http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-04-11-paul-cuisset-returns-to-flashback-with-new-remake

Just to add to the confusion, here's one that also claims there'll be a Wii U version. :-S http://www.computerandvideogames.com/387669/flashback-hd-looks-set-for-consoles-and-pc/#
Yeah, I'm seeing a bunch of places now mentioning that there will be a PC version as well, and the official press releases don't say anything specific, so I'll just remain cautiously optimistic. Flashback is one of my favorite games of all time, so this is the first in a long while that I've been hugely excited for a release. I definitely hope it comes to GOG. I tried writing to VectorCell last year but never got a response, likely because I don't speak French. :-[

The original Flashback is one of my favorites too. I'd be wonderful to see it here.
Well, that looked damn ugly.

I second the "Flashback on GOG" comments though, never had this one other than on pirated floppies long ago. We also lack french games in general : Transarctica, Storm Master, Croisière pour un cadavre, the whole Lankhor catalogue, Woodruff ...
I wonder if we'll see Fade to Black some point as well. It was a pretty good sequal to Flashback.
I'd like to say I'll wait for this game on GOG (assuming there will be a PC version), but when it does come to PSN, I'll likely buy it immediately. I loved the original back in the day on the Sega Genesis, I can't wait to try it out on my big ole HDTV.

A lot of people hated it, but I was quite a big fan of Fade to Black. Would like to be able to play it again.
Bring the Orignal and its sequel Fade to Black to GOG. Its interesting that they are doing a remake... or in their words 're-imagining', but honestly I would prefer the original. Not because of nostalgia, but because old school 2d platformers age better, and run on a netbook.

Also Heart of Darkness, the kids game with gruesome death.
