"The humanoid must not escape": Heard when the player escapes a room after destroying every robot.
"Chicken, fight like a robot": Heard when the player escapes a room without destroying every robot.
"Got the Humanoid, got the intruder": Heard when the player loses a life. (The "Got the intruder" part is a minor third higher than the "Got the humanoid" part)

As far as home computer games only: The first home computer game I remember with any amount of voice was Space Taxi for the Commodore 64. ("Space taxi. Beep beep.") The first PC game I remember with significant voice acting was Wing Commander. There was a voice pack for it that turned all the cut scenes and co-pilots into talkies, if you had a sound card. Many of the Ultima games also had voice acting for the cut scenes and some of the dialog.
(Speaking of which, we need the Origin games here. Wing Commander series and Ultima series.)
EDIT: Did some research, and it seems that the voice pack was for Wing Commander II, not the first one. I thought I remembered a voice pack for the first one as well, but 20 year old memories can get blurry.

If you want to also include synthesized speech, then Gorf was released in 1981 with some speaking. The robotic alien overlord would speak at you while you played and taunt you. The little robo-bastard would even laugh at you when you died.
