tburger: The only difference was superior music for wc1/wc2 but if you use munt it's not THAT superior :-P

EDIT: Sorry - plus the intro for KS (really nice one)
Ah ok, in that case... I was hoping the graphics were retouched too.
Wait, Secret Ops is not on the list? I know it's kinda-sorta free, but afaik you can't just get a key for it anymore, or can you? Otherwise awesome news, especially looking forward to a GOG pimped up Darkening with no speed issues.

Edit: And remember to stop by the CIC after getting Prophecy when it comes out, to pick up the extender for graphics, and the awesome DVD quality cutscene replacements :D

For retouched graphics you'd want Super Wing Commander on the 3DO or Mac. I think that one uses the Armada engine, at least it did look pretty awesome. But I didn't like the changes to the character art.

It could be I was mixing it up with that.
I'd much rather see some other EA games come here...

Crysis? Dragon Age? Mass Effect? Battlefields before Frostbite Engine?

While I have both prophecy and armada on discs, it'll be great to have the whole series in a ready to play version.

Also like time I played prophecy, it would crash after 30 minutes, so it would be nice to be able to finish some of those later levels.

The remaining Westwood games would be my next hope.

Kyrandia series
Dune
Blade Runner (apparently no chance in hell due to IP rights)
etc.

grunthos64: I can't wait to get ahold of Privateer 2. Heard the game was frustratingly bad but the cut scenes seem really interesting. Ya I know, I am a bit of a FMV junkie.
I really enjoyed the DOS version of The Darkening and am looking forward to playing it again. I don't remember it being "frustratingly bad" but I do recall it took a huge amount of tweaking the config file to get it to run correctly. I think I actually have a printout of both the autoexec.bat and config.sys files that I would boot from in order to be able to play it.

BTW, for those who don't know, the FMV includes a young Clive Owen as the main character.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Electronic_Arts_games

Need for speed
Beasts and Bumpkins
The Magic Candle
Road Rash
Wings of Glory
Recoil
Black and White
Majestic

Just a couple of my favourites that I would like to see here much more than Wing Commander
It is about time the rest of the WC games came to gog.com, good work.

By the way, is Galapagos any good?
The premise at least seems interesting.
I need to go find a Wingman! :D
I'm considering posting the link to r/games, in order to generate interest. Is this a bad idea?
