I would buy 4,5,6 and 8 without question. Any others would be a push as I didn't find them interesting at all.
The first 6 i would buy.
I think that Square-Enix will require a very high price for a "bundle"...just see the price for Final Fantasy 1 :\

I would definitely run through FF6 once more.

I'm not big on JRPG's, so I would skip most of them. I'd probably buy IX, though.
I would buy most of them if the price was right.

I would buy them. As long as they don't charge 30$+ for them. And they would, so...

And its not even a rare edition of 1, like the MSX version with its amazing music, quirky scrolling, but better animations and graphics.
The only Final Fantasy I would consider buying is a travel-friendly remake of the original for either Windows or Android. Even then I might skip it, because I've beaten that game to death by now.
if we're not talking emulation, the ONLY FF games to come ATM are FFVII, VIII, FFXI, and FFXIV. I would consider buying FFX and FFX-2 if they are the international versions and are glitch-free. FFXIII? Please. The PS3 version is 41 gig and I'd want that 1 rather than the 11 gig xbox 360 version because it looks nicer (although you could make that smaller. They would need agreements from Sony for anything more than VII and VIII. Note that I included the ones you said you wouldn't buy on GOG because I thought what ones could be on GOG no problem (aside from the obvious with FFXI/XIV)
I notice Final Fantasy 7 is now on Steam

any possibility of it appearing on GOG??

Snickersnack: I wouldn't get your hopes up. Squenix's catalog on GOG seems limited to games of Eidos heritage.
Reminds me to moan that Blood Omen 1 isn't here
"WAAA No Blood Omen 1! WAAA"

Back OT, yeah the FF games are awesome, I'd at least wishlist them all and will probably get 7 on steam in a sale even though I have it on retail (and would probably prefer it to the theoretical GOG version for cloud saves and cheevs so THERE :P)
Got to wonder why GOG wasnt about to get FFVII
I've buy I, IV, VI, and VII, provided they are based on the original versions. I loved the original as it was, and it's annoying that every re-release of I has to used enhanced graphics... I just want them as they originally were.
