I have bought all of the games in the Might and Magic sale this weekend, however, when I try to download some of them I get a File Size Mismatch Error.

For example, when trying to download Might and Magic 1-6, the downloader gets to 50 MB and then stops with File Size Mismatch Error. I am unable to resume the download and the download starts over from the beginning. This always happens at the same place for:

Might and Magic 1-6
Might and Magic 7
Might and Magic 8
Crusaders of Might and Magic
Heroes Chronicles : All Chapters

Note: I have downloaded Heros of Might and Magic 1 to 4 and Might and Magic 9 successfully on the first attempt.

I have had this problem before with games here. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem as it affects multiple game downloads this time?

Can you tell me which version of Downloader are you using? I've just tried Might and Magic 1-6 and it worked fine on 3.1.0 beta on Windows 7.
I usually use Linux and not Windows.

I have tried downloading the games from My Account -> MyGames on the GOG website by clicking on the Game Installer button for the game in Firefox.

Normally, I use a download manager called DownThemAll! for Firefox that allows for resuming downloads. I get the same problem when using DownThemAll! as I do for the direct download.

When this happened before I tried to GOG Downloader in Windows Vista and it did not work, but I have not tried it this time.

Hmm, I've just finished downloading it using both Firefox and Safari (albeit on Mac OS X) but it worked fine. It seems to be like your connection to our CDN is being interrupted / dropped for some unknown reason :/

Can you please try downloading it using a different browser to see if you can replicate the issue? Or, even better, if you could please try downloading the game on Windows using our Downloader app - http://www.gog.com/downloader - it offers pause & resume as well as error checking per 10 meg chunks so it is a perfect workaround for any download errors happening.

The GOG Downloader did not work and neither did using Opera. I still get the file mismatch error.

I am going to assume the problem is somewhere on my end and try downloading the games at work on Monday.

It is strange that I can download half of the games, but the other half give me a file mismatch error.

Thanks, Destro.
