Just a curious question from me to fellow GOG members, this is an entirely hypothetical situation, I'll present 3 situations, you can choose them and I want to know how you honestly think you would react.

Hypothetical Situation 1: You are doing a pick up run for some bread and it's near midnight, so you decide to visit your local service station, while you are there, a robber wearing a hood walks up and holds a knife to the person tending the cashier, demanding the cash, how do you react?

Hypothetical Situation 2: You've spent the night clubbing and have decided that your house was close enough to walk back, on the way back you encounter a group of 3-4 people, at first, they simply ask you for directions, but they quickly reveal their true intentions and you soon find yourself in a dangerous situation, how do you react?

Hypothetical Situation 3: Instead of running into a group of aggressors on the way to your house, you instead see a man getting mugged in an alleyway, the mugger is using a weapon (Gun) To force the victim to pay up, how do you react?

I get my phone out, dial the police, put the phone on the floor & challenge the guy.
As long as it's just a knife.... The entire route from the 3 nearest clubs to my house is residential.
I start to yell at the top of my lungs & try to keep out of reach! I call the police. I try to stay hidden & keep the mugger in sight until help arrives.
This is assuming that he leaves, with or without loot without shooting.

#1 Not to sleeze out of it by bringing geography into it but if the robber has a knife he's screwed to begin with becaus all of our convenience store clerks pack heat. I'm not saying thats right or wrong, it's just a fact.

#2 That has happened to me before (kind of). I ran like hell and I made it home. Then I puked my guts out.

#3 Try to find a cop. Even if I was a trained in self defense being drunk makes that all null and void: drunk people can't fight.

Cell phones don't work where I live. Honest. I guess I should have pointed that out earlier.

Every time I see a thread like this I think "Someone needs help with his/her homework or other similar thing".

Answer to all 3 - cave their friggin heads in if they don't back off!
All three have actually happened (though on number three it wasnt a mugging, and was two guys - one with a knife, one with a crowbar).

1. I take out my knife ,stab him from behind, then ask the owner for a reward.

2.I take out my knife and stab them.

3. Either try to take him by surprise with my knife, or stay out of it.

Quest completed, You earnt 200 experience and 500 gold.
