Jack couldn't be anymore safer. And I've only seen the first 2 or 3 eps of Rome but it seemed like the woman with the large boobs and that blonde soldier with the knucklehead were going to be main characters. All I am trying to say is that there has to be some kind of thread holding it all together. But don't get me wrong, I am not saying that 24 is the best show ever, two seasons ago before he went to Africa I thought was kind of weak, and 24 has about zero plausibility, if I could travel across DC in 20 min it would make my commute to work about a thousand times better.
By the way, Friday the 13th series?! I didn't know that even existed, is it any good? I am actually kind of pumped to check it out, thanks!
Edit: I didn't notice the almost nobody. Which makes my Jack point a moot one. :(

24 has had it's ups and downs. I haven't seen the 7th series yet, but I recall around series 3 to 5 were fairly weak. And 6 started off well, but the ending was piss poor. Which is probably why it took me a year to force myself to watch the last few episodes.
I really do hope 7 is a huge improvement -- I guess I'll find out when it gets its UK DVD release.

Rome is great, check it out.
Friday the 13th is NOTHING like the movies, but tha'ts WHY it's great. It's an anthology show about a group of antique dealers (Seriously) that hunt down demonically posessed artifacts. Might sound corny, but it's actually fantastic.

I am halfway through season 3 of lost....thanks for the spoilers.

That's not a spoiler. That's a fact.

But is it a horror show, and if so, is it actually kind of creepy, or is it just adventures?
And sorry about Lost, I keep forgetting that not everybody watches it on tv when it first airs.

I thought I was the only one who still watched it. Can't wait for the series final though, they've dragged it long enough.

Is s7 the one in DC? I enjoyed it. And I hated s6 if it's the one I'm thinking about, I had written 24 off because I hated it that much, but then I saw that tv movie they made that looked like Far Cry 2: the movie, and I got very excited for it again.

Just got my The New Statesman DVD set back from a friend. A night with Sir Alan B'Stard is in order I think.

Friday the 13th is most definitley scary...one of the notable artifacts is an animated scarecrow...the plot just writes itself there.

I think that is about it. There are other shows I enjoy, but those are the top of the top. Looking forward to trying Dexter, Californication and Rome, all of which I will get the Blu-Rays of soon. I don't have cable, I watch all my shows on disc.
