The other day I was playing L4D2 online, someone startled the witch and tried to run into this building and close the door so that hopefully we could kill it. Instead, I went to the door and opened it. I could hear on the mic the guy going "Who opened the door?!" as his character died. I had to have been laughing for like an hour.
That's hilarious. Unfortunately, don't play online so I don't really have any of these. L4D was pretty good, though.
Does this qualify ?

That time game companies started releasing public betas then charging you 50 other times for "DLC, and maybe we will patch one of the 800 broken things if we still have time".

I Came across a healer while PUGging in LOTRO who demanded each of the rest of the group pay him to heal us. I was the only one who refused and so he refused to heal me. It didn't take him long to realise that he needed someone like myself to pull the mobs off his arse.

I had a good laugh at the vein-bursting rage-tantrum this guy had each time he died.
The way the guy said "who opened the door?!" had me almost choking on my beer.
Syobon Action a.k.a Cat Mario

The whole thing.
Ah man I used to play this online semi-graphical mud game called Realms of Kaos. I had a bunch of characters but I was an officer in one of the biggest PK clans in the game. We did it in an honorable fashion, we wouldn't camp but instead we'd kill people then ignore them when they came back unless they attacked us etc. The reactions and whispers afterwards were incredible. I had a text file saved up of all the rage messages I got and the resulting conversations.

The game had a thief/brigand class and this was my next project. I would go around robbing people of whatever gold they were carrying in between cities, in character, playing as a tax inspector. I was good at it and pretty much unkillable as I had some of the best equipment in the game, which made people more angry as the class was seen as the flat-out weakest in terms of combat. My text file grew, and grew. I really need to set up the hard drive from my old machine just to find it one of these days.

This sounds good, and very promising... care to fill me in for a laugh while I wait for Alan Wake to be put to bed?

You can find several videos of it on YouTube if you want to see in action. Just imagine the classic Mario stage but everything kills you, platforms fall on you, some enemies are invincible, and blocks appear out of nowhere to knock you into enemies or holes. Example: Smosh failing
