I just read a press release over on Fallout Vegas's website...
Now, let me say that I am actually a fan of Matthew Perry who was great in Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip. He has great comic timing and can pull off strong dramatic turns, as he did guest starring on The West Wing...
BUT... I never really pictured the guy as a post apocalyptic survivor... Read on...

This is all actually kind awesome, I think.
Bethesda has been having celebrities do their voice talent for years now, with the earliest instance I can think of being Morrowind with Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter) as the Nord females.
That being said, some of the cast is slid, but I have a hard time picturing Matthew Perry being in that setting, unless he's similar to that slimy little prick from the second game.
Woah, a fallout game with RON PEARLMAN?? Heh they're going to fave to stop the series when he dies, noone else could do "War, war never changes".
Michael Dorrn & Rene Auberjonois have rather distinctive voices, I hope they don't get them doing multiple characters. It'd be cool if Dorn is playing that sheriff bloke (marcus?) again

Wraith: unless he's similar to that slimy little prick from the second game.
You'll have to be a LOT more specific than that, this is Fallout 2 you're talking about...

The only slimy prick I remember from the Fallout games is the Master, and he's not very little.

They're probably hoping that they'll have enough material from him to splice together any sentence they care to construct (about how war doesn't change).
He'll be like the gaming world's Tupac. Only without the live stage shows.
Danny Trejo.
That is all.

Check the Fallout: New Vegas thread I already posted the cast and Ron Perlman's intro. Michal Dorn is indeed playing the same Marcus from Fallout 2.
Dorn was great as Frank Horrigan in Fallout 2, hopefully he gets used similarly well here.
I can imagine Perry as a ghoul EASILY!
hope he does the BE thing...
RON PEARLMAN, 'nuff said :D

Bwahahahahaha
THAT was funny!
Now if only Bethesda used some of its voice actor budget to hire decent writers.

Obsidian wrote it.
And early word is that the writing is actually competent.

Ah, I forgot that it was Obsidian handling New Vegas.
