Google doesn't know jack!
It was 48 hours from the end of the Spring Conference video (approx 7pm UK time Thursday), so finished approx 7pm Today.
Called it!

There was a mistake somewhere, and everyone copied it. Rock Paper Shotgun's article about it had that error in the most obvious way, where they said that "for the next 48 hours, so until 11:59 PM 8th April" or something, when the article's post date was something like 72 hours before 11:59 8th April.

Congratulations. It only happened every damn time we had a free game promo.
AND SO IT BEGINS.
SO IT HAS COME TO THIS!
We should start a bingo game after every GOG announcement based on the kinds of things people say on the forum.

That is an awesome idea!
I see neither entitlement nor complaining in the OP, simply a question, asked most likely out of confusion over false information out on the web.

That's not to say it won't happen, but this isn't it.
Yeah, because the OP was "complaining" and "bitching", oh please.

On topic, sorry You've missed it.;)
