Can't really blame people on the Gog forum I guess. Makes sense for a lot of no-DRM whatsoever people to be gathered here.
Me, I'm on the other end. I'm perfectly fine with DRM like Steam. For me it's all about convenience. Easy access to classics, no more Swapping discs, no more guides to get games to work on systems nowadays etc. That's what Gog offers for me. The no-DRM part is not what attracts me here.
Don't get me wrong. No-DRM is a nice bonus, but not at the cost of convenience. Steam does that for me. All I have to do is browse through the library to see a list of all my games, installed or not installed and a click of the play or install button is all I need to do to be able to play it soon.
