My account just blinked and now it's telling me half of my games are new? Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what's going on?

In addition to this they aren't ordered by their proper purchase date anymore.

Must be Y2K.
Did you just recently log in and are the games all the GoG freebies? I finally got around to carting those and they all posted to my shelves as new.

That fixed the order for the most part. Half a dozen games are still out of place. But everything still has a new tag.

No, its more that anything older than 3 months ago is suddenly new.

Majority of mine say new since I have yet to "touch" or "download" them.
Welcome to Good New Games

Oh my, I think you've been struck by the same bug I was during the 2013 Winter Sale - start reading from the post I linked and you'll get a taste of what awaits you.

Did it ever resolve?

If you mean by GOG Support, then unfortunately no, I had to click on every single game to make the "NEW" tag go away and rearrange my shelf manually all over again.

Lol, you too? I need space, so I'm waiting for a new external hdisk to become cheaper.
Well, a bit also for the fappin' Win9 (or Linux, if MS screws up again)

I've been toying with the idea of storing them on a drive but have been too lazy. Maybe for games pre 2012 so I don't have keep up with the frequent updates and patches.

Ah yes indeed, also for the damn full-size updates.
If only GOG could provide ISOs upgradable by smaller patches..
